Frequently asked questions
Do journals allow third-party submission?
Some don't. We check the journal's rule first, and we don't submit to journals that refuse it.
Whose account is used?
The corresponding author's own e-mail and account. You authorize this when ordering, and you approve the final PDF.
Do you suggest reviewers?
No. Suggesting reviewers stays with the authors.
